Our Industrial Relations Information Centre operates between 8.30am and 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.

The service is staffed by seven full-time operators who provide immediate advice on a range of business issues including legislative obligations.

Calls involving more complex issues are referred to VECCI consultants for detailed advice and professional assistance as required.
